Who We Are

Lisa J. Krauss, MA, LPC, NCC, CMC Growing Options, Inc.

Lisa J. Krauss is a Professional Geriatric Care Manager who has more then 20 years experience in the health care field. Most recently she has been the director of social services in a skilled nursing facility in Fairfield Connecticut. She specializes in crisis intervention, home health care and counseling. She focuses on issues confronting families related to ageing loved ones, depression, anxiety and end of life challenges. Lisa is a licensed professional counselor in the State of Connecticut. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM) as an advanced professional. She is a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) and is a National Certified Counselor. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Psychology from Hofstra University. She received her Masters of Arts Degree in Community Counseling from Fairfield University. She has certificates in gerontology and in death and dying from Sacred Heart University.
